Everyone who uses Memorial MyChart will be part of the Deaconess MyChart.
How do I pay a Memorial Hospital bill?
If your date of service is on or before 11/08/2025 you can pay in Memorial MyChart (https://mychart.mhhcc.org) or here https://mychart.mhhcc.org/MyChartPRD/Billing/GuestPay/PayasGuest to pay as a guest. If your bill is on or after 11/09/2025, you can pay your bill in the Deaconess MyChart (https://www.deaconess.com/mychart) or go to https://www.viewmychart.com/MyChart/billing/guestpay/payasguest to pay as a guest. If you have any questions please call the billing department at (812) 450-6815.
Will I still be able to access Memorial MyChart?
As of October 25, 2025, your information will be read-only and you will not be able to take any actions except bill pay and messaging your provider. You will still be able to log into Memorial MyChart and access all your information.
What if I already have a Deaconess MyChart?
Then there is nothing you need to do. Now you will be able to see all your Memorial MyChart and your Deaconess Health records in one place.
How do I log into my Deaconess MyChart?
As of November 3, 2025, you will be able to log into Deaconess MyChart
with your current Memorial MyChart username and password. If you do not
know your username and password, simply click “forgot login information”
and check either to recover your username or password. If you already
have a Deaconess MyChart, you will log in with that username and password.
Your username may already be taken by another patient at Deaconess. In
this case, you will receive separate instructions on how to log into your
Deaconess MyChart account.
How can I sign up for a Deaconess MyChart account?
If you do not have a Memorial MyChart, you will need to sign up for a DeaconessMyChart. On November 3, 2025, go to this website https://www.viewmychart.com/MyChart/app/activation to activate a new Deaconess MyChart account. If you do not have an activation code, click on “sign up with your information” and follow the instructions.
What if I already use the MyChart app for Memorial MyChart?
If you already have the MyChart app downloaded on your device, you can
use this QR code to login to your Deaconess MyChart.
If your device will not read the QR code, you can follow these steps:
Will I be able to see my upcoming appointments?
If your appointment is after 11/9/2025, it will show in your new Deaconess MyChart account.
Will proxy access stay the same?
Yes, if you have a proxy access it will stay the same in the Deaconess MyChart system.
Will my Memorial MyChart information cross over to Deaconess MyChart?
Yes, most of your data will be available in your Deaconess MyChart account.
Will I be able to request my medication refills in the Deaconess MyChart?
Any medications converted from Memorial MyChart cannot be refilled in the Deaconess MyChart until your provider has ordered them in the Deaconess system.
